  • ITIL® V3 Overview - 6 hours/PDUs (Category 4), if you want a thorough overview of ITIL V3
  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation Syllabus V4.2 - 13.5 hours/PDUs (Category 3), if you want to prepare for the ITIL V3 Foundation certification
  • ITIL V3 Intermediate: Operational Support & Analysis - 34.5 hours/PDUs (Category 4), if you have already earned the ITIL V3 Foundation certification and want to go to the next (Intermediate) level.
