PMP® Online Instructor-led Training (ILT)

Project Management Training Online is pleased to offer the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Expert Live with Encore.  This is online Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is PMP Boot Camp, college style training but with some important differences:

  1. You can leverage the power of a live instructor (actually two!) but still do it online, so you can train from wherever you are - and also avoid the costs of travel.
  2. The instructors are real certified experts, not only at teaching, but also having worked in the field for a long time, so you'll have someone to explain things clearly AND answer your questions.
  3. Two instructors deliver the course together using a lively tag team approach, so you'll never get bored and will always have a 'fresh' instructor to explain the concepts.
  4. During any three week course, you'll not only have the ability to quickly dive deep, but you'll also have the benefit of reviewing and letting it soak in to better retain your new knowledge.
  5. The training is complemented by other online resources, such as a personal mentor, a copy of the PMBOK Guide, course manual, exam simulations, and other training resources, so you'll have multiple sources to learn the material well.
  6. You can start immediately (you don't have to wait for the scheduled training) by accessing the specially recorded 'Encore' session, so you are not at all tied to the schedule of the live training.
  7. You can take the live training (or the Encore) as many times as you want over the course of a year, 24x7, so you don't have to worry if your schedule changes or other life demands get in the way.
  8. You can easily make up any scheduled sessions you ever miss, either with Encore or a later scheduled live session, so you do not have to worry about blocking out large amounts of your precious time.

All of our PMP Exam Prep training prepares you for the latest PMP exam, which commenced on August 31, 2011.  All are based on the PMBOK 4th Edition, the latest, and include the latest exam simulations for the new exam.

Here's a quick note about the change to the PMP exam August 31, 2011...

The PMI underwent a Role Delineation Study (RDS), which it does every six years or so to ensure that the PMP exam supports current project management practice.  The changes to the PMP exam content are outlined clearly on the PMI web site.  The exam content change focuses on testing the Professional and Social Responsibility content area (Domain 6) differently - now as part of every domain, rather than as a separate domain - because the RDS revealed that professional and social responsibility is integrated into all of day-to-day work of a project manager and all project lifecycle phases.

    Here's the schedule for the live classes: 

    Nov 1 - 11:00-2:00 
    Nov 3 - 11:00-2:00 
    Nov 8 - 11:00-2:00 
    Nov 10 - 11:00-2:00 
    Nov 15 - 11:00-2:00 
    Nov 17 - 11:00-2:00 

    This schedule repeats every other month (Tues and Thurs, time will vary a bit), so there will be a similar schedule for live classes in Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep. 

    Please note that YOU CAN START ANY TIME: 

    1. The scheduled classes are only part of the offering, but you can attend any and all live classes scheduled for a whole year. 
    2. There is a complete set of studio recordings, so if you miss a class, or even want to get ahead, you can view that content 24x7 for a full year. 
    3. Other resources are included, such as the PMBOK Guide, learning guide, exam simulation, and related PMP exam prep resources. 
    4. Access to a personal mentor is also included.
