In Advanced Project Management: Portfolio Management, you will learn the functions of portfolio management, the types of portfolios, and how to select and prioritize projects. You will also learn ways to maintain a balanced portfolio and track and allocate resources.

Target Audience

Project managers who are responsible for managing all aspects of a project from start to finish, for managing multiple projects, and for maximizing utilization of resources to achieve the project goals. It is recommended that individuals take the first four courses in the series or have equivalent knowledge.
