A prefix of PDU means that these courses are appropriate for submission to the PMI for PDU credit to maintain PMP certification (Note! The PDUs earned = # of hours in the course description. Note on Category 3 PDUs and Category 4 PDUs: Most of the course titles are followed by a statement such as "4 hours/PDUs (Category 3)" or "4 hours/PDUs (Category 4)". For the Category 3 PDUs, you will be able to print a certificate upon successful completion of each course, and you will earn the number of specified PDUs that have been approved by the PMI under the Registered Education Provider (REP) program. These courses are pre-approved by the PMI and are listed on the PMI REP site under Skillsoft (REP# 1008). Category 4 PDUs are just as valuable, and although no pre-approved, are nearly risk-free for approval!
