If you are having issues with courses, here are some immediate support steps you can take:

SUPPORT NOTES:

1. If you are having trouble running and online courses please click the link below to check your browser setting. Run this check 2-3 times and make any changes found.

2. If you are still experiencing problems (Skillsoft courses only), please download the Mozilla/Firefox browser. Install it and run browser check on this browser. Then try to run the online courses using the Mozilla/Firefox browser.

3. For Skillsoft 24x7 support, go to the Skillsoft support site for yet another simple browser check, or to access 24x7 live online or phone support.

4. For Mindleaders support (problems with courseware, servers down, etc.):

Select the "Technical Support" link to complete a webform. Live support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, EST.


Note on OS and Browser Support for Mindleaders courses: Courses require Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 sp2 or later on a Microsoft Windows platform version 2000, XP, or Vista. Alternate operating systems such as Mac or Linux and alternate web browsers such as Firefox, Safari and the AOL browser are not supported.
