Overview/Description
By the time they reach the Six Sigma« Improve phase, organizations have a solid understanding of how and why their processes fail to meet customers' expectations. Organizations use the Design of Experiments (DOE), a key methodology of the Six Sigma Improve phase, to quantify with statistical precision the factors that are causing this gap.
