Here are the immediate support steps you can take:

FOR ACCESS & RELATED ISSUES:

If you have not received your login within 24 hours, or you do not have the correct courses, or have some other related issue, simply send an email to:

FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES:

If you are accessing training on our Learning Portal (protrainingonline.skillport.com):

  1. If you are having trouble running any online courses please click the link below to check your browser setting. Run this check 2-3 times and make any changes found. http://lms.westnetlearning.com/browserhawk2.asp
  2. If you are still experiencing problems (Skillsoft courses only), please download the Mozilla/Firefox browser. Install it and run browser check on this browser. Then try to run the online courses using the Mozilla/Firefox browser. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
  3. For 24x7 support, go to the Tech Support linki on the Learning Portal or http://support.skillsoft.com for a simple browser check (or directly to http://browser.skillport.com/bh/default.asp), self help, or 24x7 live online or phone support.

If you launch your training from an email link (MS Project, MS Desktop training):

  1. Go to http://www.mindleaders.com/support/student.asp, and select the "Technical Support" link to complete a webform, or access live support Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, EST.
  2. See videos on getting and touring free Project Management training. Note on OS and Browser Support for Mindleaders courses: Courses require Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 sp2 or later on a Microsoft Windows platform version 2000, XP, or Vista. Alternate operating systems such as Mac or Linux and alternate web browsers such as Firefox, Safari and the AOL browser are not supported.
